2002- 2008 Symptom Diary and Notes:

Symptoms 2007:

1. Neck pain
2. Hand pain
3. Forearm pain
4. Shooting pain through my arms
5. Fingers and joints started to get worse.
6. Stiff and rigid feeling.
7. Pain spreads to different parts of my body.
8. Back becomes most uncomfortable  of all. However, pain in ankles knees
9. Shooting pain down my legs.
10. Burning sensation from time to time on my lower back and ankles
11. Shooting pain up my arms.
12. Stabbing pain in most joints
13. Left side has always been worse than right side.
14. All above listed symptoms have dramatically prohibited me from doing a lot of functions such as waking up early.
15. Stiffness in body has caused me to be in a lot of pain during the mornings and nights, loosing basic mobility.

2007 Notes: Problems indirectly related to symptoms

Not sure if its related but I'm having difficulty remembering things
I Have bad pain in the back of neck area (In the fold of the back of my neck) 
It hurts to breathe some nights due to pain in lower back.
It hurts to use the restroom (unable to push out bowels)
Body has drastically prevented me from doing many activities.
I've found blood in my stool whether or not I take my medication or eat before or after the medicine.
I believe its more related to when im in alot of pain and I need to use the restroom it becomes rather hard and requires alot more force and therefore im assuming thats where I push so hard that I see blood (just a hypothesis).

2006 Notes:


Everything I was experiencing in 2004 has drastically increased to the point that I have to sleep to avoid pain. Most nights I cry myself to sleep.. I hug a pillow praying to god that this pain will all go away. I'm also asking God if i am going through this because he is giving me or having me carry the pain my sick Grandmother whom I pray for everyday is having. I know it sounds crazy but I just don't understand why!

Let me back track a little to share about a visit I made to the Dominican Republic. I am very close to her and I went to visit with her in 2004, in November. I spent a lot of time in Dominican Republic with her and I realized how many identical symptoms we share. The catch to this is that she is 70 years old and I am 23 years old so I know something is terribly wrong. I was never in any accident I'm just progressively getting worse maybe I was born with this problem... I thought being in warmer climate like the DR would actually help my situation. Some elements in the DR did help like the consumption of natural/fresh foods. I really didn't eat anything processed. The issue for me there was the heavy rainy days that began to occur which made me feel so bad that I had nights where I didnt wake up for 2 days due to pain....it was just unbearable....Once April came around I decided to come back home to NY...



Symptoms 2004:
