Wow it's hard to sit

I need sometype of back brace that supports my back in a non-painful way.

It's a feeling of nausea when I sit or stand completely straight.

I hope the next 2 injections are not as bad. Pray for me.

I'm here doing laundry for the first time in such a long time. Plus since I have to go slow It's gonna take a while to finish.

Well that's update today I need to get some video updates. Soon I will try after this move.
